Handle one thing at a time. Take the easiest task and get it handled.
Find positive support. If the people around you arent making their lives better, they probably can't help with yours.
You may be afraid of being alone, but when everything is gone you will probably be alone.

If you havent had to deal with CPS, you can still prevent the big loss.
Be honest with yourself. What has changed that started the spiral. Were drugs/alcohol a factor? Did your mental status change or you began having emotions that were not easy to manage? Did you isolate yourself from the people that were you support system?
