  • Handle one thing at a time. Take the easiest task and get it handled.
  • Find positive support. If the people around you arent making their lives better, they probably can't help with yours.
  • You may be afraid of being alone, but when everything is gone you will probably be alone.

  • Ask for help
  • Get familiars with community programs.
  • Your kids' school is a great place for support.
  • If you havent had to deal with CPS, you can still prevent the big loss.
  • Be honest with yourself. What has changed that started the spiral. Were drugs/alcohol a factor? Did your mental status change or you began having emotions that were not easy to manage? Did you isolate yourself from the people that were you support system?
